It is suggested that you contact us by phone to help us better assist you. Please note that due to the variability in each situation, a universal solution does not always apply. We will do our best to help you through your issues when contacted by phone or email, but it is usually not possible to fully diagnose a problem without "getting our hands dirty."
Although the initial $100 diagnostic charge applies for all support requests, that fee is also includes the first hour of work on your problem. In simpler terms, the initial investment spent to find out what is wrong with your computer can also be applied to repair time or construction time of a replacement machine. Also note that our maximum labor charge for any one computer is $400, which also includes the initial $100 diagnostic fee.
